SaferWallet provides a self-custodial cryptocurrency wallet service that enables users to:

• Store, send, and receive various cryptocurrencies
• Exchange one cryptocurrency for another
• View current market rates and transaction history
• Connect to decentralized applications (DApps)
• Access other blockchain-related services

3. User Accounts

3.1. To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your private keys and recovery phrases.

3.2. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. Private Keys and Recovery Phrases: As a self-custodial wallet, SaferWallet does not store your private keys or recovery phrases. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of these credentials. If you lose your private keys or recovery phrases, we cannot recover your account or funds.

4.2. Transaction Verification: You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirming any transaction. Once transactions are broadcast to the blockchain, they cannot be reversed.

4.3. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding the use of cryptocurrency and our services.

5. Fees and Charges

5.1. SaferWallet charges a 0.1% fee for cryptocurrency swaps, which is disclosed at the time of the transaction.

5.2. Network fees (gas fees) are determined by the respective blockchain networks and not by SaferWallet. These fees are displayed before transaction confirmation.

5.3. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with reasonable notice to users.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on our website and application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of SaferWallet or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

6.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or perform any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied.

7.2. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

7.3. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of our services or content.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. In no event shall SaferWallet, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Loss of or inability to recover private keys or recovery phrases

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaferWallet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to:

• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SaferWallet is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through our services or by other means. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

12.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

12.2. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
